First Action: Talk to this guy!

As you can see, you only have a choice to go right or left. You will need to explore both ways. Only after repair the levers with the poles, received from friends, you can solve the Puzzle to get the Golden Map Piece (at the end). So don't click on the crystals. Do that at the end. On your way, don't get too much worried about gold spiders. As soon as they don't bite you, the spent energy will be the energy collect, when killing it. You also need to kill 15 gold spiders.

Yellow walls go down after repairing the broken levers.

To reach some places you need to use the whip and statues.
 Also, you need to disarm other statues.  

Location of Golden Vases: Best energy source in this map.
Near all the vases on the outside of these walls. there is a pole.

After all crystals are clicked by the puzzle order stairs come up. Be careful with some more golden spiders that will got loose at this point, before the final goal - collecting that golden map piece on top of the stairs.

Adventure World: Coming Soon – Base Camp Expansions

Coming Soon – 6 New Base Camp Expansions to Unlock

Available for level 5 or Above

Quoting Zynga:

"Over the past month or so we received a number of reports from our players asking for more room on their Base Camp. You have collected many décor items, including rewards from 12 Days of Adventure, but your space has been too limited to enjoy it. While these items look great on your Base Camp, we heard from you and understand that it was getting a little claustrophobic. In an effort to help, we are releasing new Base Camp Expansion areas so you can explore farther, hunt for new treasure, and spread out your decorations!"

" We also understand your suggestion of implementing “Storage” capability on your Base Camp, and all we can say to that at the moment is “Stay Tuned, Adventurers!”

 

How to unlock these 6 new areas:

Each Expansion has a new quest for you to complete by playing maps and collecting or asking for items. For example, the Sandy Shore Expansion (above) will unlock after completing 3 tasks:

• Receive Expansion Permits
• Recover Jade Vases in the Jungle Run Expedition
• Collect Coins

Once the quest is finished you can click Explore to unlock and visit your new space!  If you look at the Base Camp Expansion screenshot above, you will notice an Abandoned Mine in the upper right area. What treasures will be there with that Expansion?

As always, if you do not want to “Ask your Friends or Play an Expedition” you can always purchase Adventure Cash and pay your way through the tasks. Of course, it is not a requirement to pay.

Adventure World: Released Emily’s Zoology Tent

Released: Emily’s Zoology Tent

Soon you will have a new set of Adventures: Zoology Maps.  A main part of this new Adventure will be a feature where you will have the ability to collect animals and place them on your Base Camp.

Emily’s Zoology Tent will help you to nurture these animals you collect while on your Base Camp with Jungle Feed.

To begin this Adventure, you will need to place Emily’s Tent on your Base Camp. You can then begin to build the tent. You can find parts in three ways:

1. Play the first new map, Adventure: Scientific Survey where parts will drop randomly
2. Ask your friends for materials
3. Purchase the parts

Within the Scientific Survey expedition you will find some of the parts to build Emily’s Tent. While these parts can be found throughout the map, you will not find them all in playing it 1 time….hint….hint.  You will need to finish your tent before you have the ability to collect and nurture these animals though.

Upon completion of the tent, you will be granted a new Gadget - the Flute. This Flute will be needed, because once you come across these animals on the Elusive Ocelot expedition and other future maps, you will need to charm them in order to bring them back to your Base Camp.

Beginning with the Ocelot on The Elusive Ocelot map, Zoology Maps will have their own unique animal. You may not uncover the animal upon your initial pass on these Maps though, so make sure to keep your eye out, and do not leave anything unturned.

We’ll also have 2 other maps that have animals on them – Great River and Snake Den but you’ll have to play these multiple times to find the animal. Not to mention have Emily’s tent already built.

Once you bring the animals back to Emily’s Zoology Tent, you can place them on your base camp. You’ll need to get Jungle Feed for the animals to bring them back to a happy state- and you can get Feed by playing the Zoology Maps that have an animal on them or by asking your friends and neighbors.

Challenges

Challenges

If you love a challenge, this is the perfect feature for you.

This new feature you will compete in different challenges against other Adventurers to win Coins, Experience Points, Supplies and even Energy! The awards will be handed out at the completion of the Challenge, not once you reach each level.  All of these challenges will be time-based, so make sure that you take note of that and do not forget when they are over.

 

As you can see in the above graphic, Zynga will launch 2 challenges – Friend to Many and Snake Tamer challenges. By those simple descriptions, I bet that you can imagine what you will need to do in order to score points. The more points that you score, the better that your prize will be, so make sure to score as many as you can  Do you remember which maps had the most snakes? Well we could probably tell you, but that would not be fair.

The best part about this is you can just go on your Adventures as you normally would, and when you take an action (like killing a snake or hiring crew) you will automatically be entered and begin to collect points.

While everyone likes a challenge, many people also like to brag about their accomplishments as well! Make sure to Share your accomplishments with your friends and try to become the King of the Challenge!!

Note: These challenges are available to Adventurers who are at or above level 6 and have 5 or more neighbors. To access Challenges, click on the new Trophy icon located between the World Map and Cancel buttons.
