This is the main goal of this expedition, you will also unlock other quests to do once you complete certain tasks in the area.
After you pick up the red vase near your character's starting point (You can't miss it) you will unlock a new quest to get more red vases.
Go to the blue statue and disarm it then grab the green vase.
Grabing the green vase will trigger another quest for collecting more green vases.
Hack the bush and collect the green vase.
Hack the bush to get to disarm the trap. Collect the vase. Hack this bush next in order to disarm the next trap.
Hack the next bush and disarm the trap.
Collect the two green vases on both sides of the switch.
When you are done collecting the vases, you should have collected enough to complete the quest.
Hack the bush to get to the other vases.
Remember to take care of the snake if it gets too close! It could cost you 1 energy if he were to bite. Fighting a quick snake works like this: everytime you hit him, he can bite you.
After you deal with the snake and collect that green vase, make your way to this bush and hack it. Disarm the trap.
Even though you've completed the quest for collecting green vases, you should always try and collect them. Collecting them is free since they grant you energy, you also get coins and some xp.
After you collect the vase on the hill, you should have collected enough red vases to complete the quest for collecting them.
Hack this bush and deal with the snake before collecting the red vase.
Now it's time to get the skull. Push the switch and watch the three statues. They will open their mouths in a specific order. Click on them in the same order and the skull will drop down to ground level so you can collect it. 
After you grab the skull, the edpedition will end and you will gain a mastery star.
